When a user creates an account for our grid, and one of our admins
approves this account, the user automatically receives an email
stating the confirmation (with their user name, URI, etc.). I am
aware of the following code in our .ini files, which enables this

;; Users will get email notifications from this account.
SmtpHost = "xxxx"
SmtpPort = "xxxx"
SmtpUsername = "xxxx"
SmtpPassword = "xxxx"
What I cannot find, however, is where I can change the actual
message body of the email. I'd like to customize it a bit more for
our users. Any ideas how I can go about doing this?
