The connections issue is still there for just the one remote user with 0.6.9.rc2
I got her to log in and out quickly from home 4 hours ago and the
following connections are still open!

The student has agreed to contact her ISP and find out if they can
check her router, in the meantime the solution we have agreed is that
she doesn't log into OpenSim from home!
