create user and opensim data base

Ai Austin
Hello, I am still working on a process to have a "fresh start"
occasionally with our Opensim Grid... one thing I want to do if its
technically feasible is to keep all the user UUIDs as set up in an
earlier invocation.  I can export those and load them back into the
opensim db users table... but wanted to check if anyone is aware fo
any dependencies.  So my question is:

a) Does the create-user command ONLY operate bny adding one new table
row to the "users" table.  Or does it put data anywhere else at all.

b) I assume that once Opensim.exe runs or a user logs on that many
more tables for inventory, etc could be populated.

c) Is there any difference between create user on the User service in
grid mode and running in Opensim.exe in standalone mode in this respect?

What happens at the moment is that on create-user, the initial inventory is also populated.  However, if on login
OpenSim does not find this inventory present, then it will do an initial inventory setup anyway.

So in theory you should be able to simply reuse your existing user database - fresh blank inventory structures will be
created when a user first logs in.

No
