set of reasonably good starter avatars

If I asked this before I misplaced the answer.  Is there a good set of free or reasonably priced starter avatars?  I would love to plug such into a web sign up interface.    I could collect such bit by bit from various grids but is there a good set somewhere of at least one good male and one good female generic avatar and non-prim hair and outfits?   I will need to do some digging to know how to change the database when a user selects such unless someone already has that part handy.

If you're connected to Osgrid there are various freebies to be found lying all over the place.

Samsara, Snoopies etc etc.

Also try asking around at LBSA plaza or any of the Sandboxes.

If you're on a localsim then you either have to make it yourself or find skins or hair or whatever on the web.

You can find some freebies in imprudence XML format at http://tgib.co.uk/ and other places.

I believe there are OARS at annuna grid's hosting page.
